About The Role
We are looking for an Integrations Engineer who will be responsible for driving and integrating customerswith our platform and products.Externally, you’ll be interfacing with enterprise eCommerce merchants who are looking to reduce onlinefraud rates, increase their bottom line and want to start using our platform as soon as possible.Internally, you will serve as the technical expert and point of contact throughout the E2E integrationprocess.The goal of an Integrations Engineer is to make a complex process as easy and effortless as possible foreach new client. You’ll wear many hats: relaying client feedback and providing technical influence onproduct roadmap/development, technical ownership of various plug-ins/extensions, and collaborating withdevelopers to drive commercial issues to resolution.What You’ll Be DoingHave a deep understanding of our system and our product capabilitiesProvide end-to-end support for new clients during their on-boarding process from a technical andoperational integration perspectivePartner with Sales and Account Management efforts (presales and post sales) as one of our strongestsubject matter expertsBuild, monitor and execute a joint integration project plan across multiple clients and integrationsOwn and improve public facing SDKs, APIs, and technical integration guides
Qualifications
6+ years experience as an Integrations Engineer / Solution Engineer / Advanced Technical Manager -collaborating with multiple technical teams of an organization such as DEVOPS or Product, ideally in B2BSaaSAn incredibly strong “can do”, and continuous learning attitude. We are growing fast and tackling uniqueproblems that require quick thinking and adaptability.Experience working with databases and querying languages (e.g. SQL)Excel in critical thinking and technical troubleshooting of multi layered, complex problem statements whilemaintaining excellent internal and external stakeholder relationshipsProven technical background with API integrations; should be comfortable reading logs and source codeSubstantial experience in a client facing technical role, including face to face meetings and pre-salesactivities with enterprise merchantsExperience in planning, leading and executing technical projects with Enterprise clientsCollaborative and inclusive team player with superb written and verbal communication skills
