Application Support Engineer

Position Title: Application Support Engineer

Location: Airoli / Mhape Mumbai 

Qualification: Bachelors / Masters degree in an Engineering stream OR MCA with a post graduate diploma / degree

Experience: 2- 4 Years of experience in the Application Support on production environment

Compensation: 3 - 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Having 2+ years of experience in Application Support on production environment
• Experience of Application deployment on WebLogic
• Analyze the issues reported using Logs and DB queries
• Monitor the application and servers for Disk Size & CPU utilization (Health Check)
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL
• Resolve the issues within SLA
• Co-ordinate with Technology team of the client
• Co-ordinate with Development team for application Bugs
• Linux commands
• Provide KT to other team members
• Open to work in 24X7 support environment
