Must have skills : Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BTech Summary :As an Application Support Engineer for Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the system. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. Participate in the design and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades. Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP systems. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Experience with incident management and problem management processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle PPM Cloud Project Costing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
