Your day will involve troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team Develop and implement best practices for application support Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Systems Integration, Ansible on Microsoft Azure Strong understanding of system integration principles Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure Ability to automate repetitive tasks for efficiency Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation in Systems Integration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
