Your day will involve troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Implement innovative strategies to enhance system performance Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and security Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to optimize system efficiency Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ControlM Administration Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure Strong understanding of system monitoring and troubleshooting Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident and problem management Experience in scripting languages like Shell, Python, or PowerShell Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ControlM Administration This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
