Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Active Directory, Desktop/Laptop Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education '1.Lead and engineer Windows 10 and OS deployment migration solutions using industry-standard Microsoft technologies2.Provide assess and design consulting for large scale migrations, desktop optimization and core infrastructure deployment3.Contribute to the development and on-going improvement of industry best practices and standards for deploying enterprise and client technologies4.Mentor and provide technical leadership to other team members.5.OS migration assessment, design and implementation.6.Windows 10/11 Image Deployment with SCCM OSD, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), USMT and Windows ADK.7.Design and installation of SCCM/MECM & current branch.8.Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows devices.9.Working with the team to automate the deployment process.10.Registering, Managing, and Configuring Microsoft Intune Policies, with or without SCCM/MECM Co-Management and Registering and Deploying Systems through Windows Autopilot.Strong knowledge in Win 10/11 Operating System Administration...Strong experience in deployment tools with respect to Win 10/11 migration..Strong knowledge in deployment tools viz. MECM/SCCM, MDT,WSUS, etc..Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers.Good understanding of networking concepts.Good knowledge in VB scripting or PowerShell scripting..Should have strong experience in MECM/SCCM.Experience in App Packaging .. Antivirus Product - Mcafee & Crowdstrike.. Adaptiva - Endpoint management & deployment tool..Knowledge of MS EMS and Azure AD'.Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization . .Flexible to work in 24/7 shift..Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide feedback..React quickly to changing business conditions.1.
