Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have Skills :Oracle Database AdministrationGood to Have Skills :No Technology SpecializationJob Requirements :Key Responsibilities :1 Should support 24/7 super prime applications and Work independently 2 should be flexible to work in shifts as per project needs 3 Able to handle incident management in efficient way Technical Experience :1 Mandatory to have 4 years experience with the Good knowledge on Oracle Database Administration 11g and 12c 2 Should have Database performance monitoring skills 3 Working experience in Data Guard, Data Pump and User Administration 4 Should have good communication skills as we are facing client part of support role 5 Should understand AWR metrics and to come up with next course of actions for production issues 6 PL/SQL knowledge of at least one year along with query tuning skills Professional Attributes :1 Should be able to work in shift basis and to adhere client Accenture policies Educational Qualification:BTech/BCA/MCA Qualifications BTech/BCA/MCA
