Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications function smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, utilizing your expertise to enhance system reliability and performance, while also documenting your findings and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business processes and ensuring that users have a seamless experience with the software applications. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for enhancement to ensure optimal functionality. Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.- Experience with financial reporting and analysis within SAP environments.- Familiarity with integration processes between SAP modules and other business applications.- Ability to document processes and create user guides for system enhancements.
