Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:Implement and configure JIRA and Confluence for project trackingCustomize workflows, fields, and permissionsIntegrate JIRA with CI/CD and ITSM toolsConduct training sessions for users and administratorsDevelop dashboards and reports for project metricsProvide ongoing support and maintenance of JIRA instances Professional & Technical
Skills:

Strong in Agile, ITSM, and DevOps integrationsExperience with Atlassian tools
