Job Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience in the CRM or banking domain, which would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for application-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Provide user training and support as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with CRM systems or within the banking domain is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Special Instructions:

  • The candidate will be provided a 2-week free training. Upon completion of this training, a final interview will be conducted.
  • The candidate will be offered a position contingent upon successfully clearing this interview.
