Application Specialist

As an Application Support / Tech Support personnel at our client, you will be responsible for troubleshooting Windows & Mac systems, demonstrating strong English communication skills, and providing voice support. Your role will specifically involve supporting accounting software applications in the Financial domain. Your expertise in both MacOS and Windows operating systems will be crucial in addressing user-reported issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level support for accounting software applications on MacOS and Windows platforms within a BPO / KPO / Tech Support environment. - Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to software installation, uninstallation, and accounting functionalities on both MacOS and Windows. - Identify and resolve bugs, system issues, and generate logs for analysis. - Update escalation logs and training documentation for users on both MacOS and Windows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to accounting applications. - Escalate unresolved issues to the development team and follow up on resolutions. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in Application Support or Tech Support roles. - Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows & Mac systems. - Strong English communication skills. - Prior experience or understanding of the Financial domain. - Any graduation degree. - Familiarity with system troubleshooting steps and log analysis on Windows and Mac platforms.
