Application Manager - Machine Division

You will be joining a dynamic team in the packaging machinery sector as a Sales Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell packaging machines to businesses across various industries. To excel in this role, you will need to leverage your strong sales skills, product knowledge, and a drive for revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include actively identifying and developing new business opportunities within the packaging machinery market. Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients to understand their packaging needs and recommend suitable machinery solutions. Conducting engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, both in person and virtually. Managing the full sales cycle, including negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with customers. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and customer requirements to effectively position the company's packaging solutions. Providing exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and assist with the installation and maintenance of packaging machines. Achieving sales targets and preparing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Collaborating closely with engineering, technical, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have proven sales experience, preferably in the packaging machinery or manufacturing industry. Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of packaging machine technology and market trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. You should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently, with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with the flexibility to travel as needed.
