You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements - Ensure timely delivery of projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced - Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop. - Automate tasks involving Excel, Email, and PDF processing. - Understand and work with static and dynamic selectors for effective UI Automation. - Apply knowledge of .NET, Python, and regular expressions in automation tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities. - Maintain and optimize existing RPA solutions to ensure high performance and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation processes. - Provide documentation and training to stakeholders on RPA processes and best practices.
