Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Additionally, you will mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Analyze application performance metrics and implement improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, AWS Redshift. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with data visualization tools to present findings effectively. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
