Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.
