Must have skills : SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP HCM Payroll Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : graduate Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP HCM Payroll to deliver impactful solutions for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP HCM Payroll solutions for our clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including working with developers, testers, and project managers. Provide technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP HCM Payroll, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll. Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP HCM Payroll solutions. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP HCM Payroll. Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP HCM Payroll with other systems. Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
