You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. With your expertise in Workday Core Integrations, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications Act as the primary point of contact for the project Oversee the entire application development process Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Core Integrations Certified with Studio experience Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Studio Strong understanding of Workday Core Integrations Experience in designing and implementing Workday integrations Knowledge of Workday Studio and its functionalities Familiarity with Workday HCM modules Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education and Core Integrations Certified with Studio experience is required Qualifications 15 years full time education and Core Integrations Certified with Studio experience
