Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions that meet the client's needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP HCM Payroll applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet the client's needs. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring that the solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure that the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to industry best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Payroll and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll. Good To Have Skills:Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and SAP ABAP. Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes and configuration. Experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM Payroll solutions. Experience in leading and managing SAP HCM Payroll projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
