Must have skills : SAP HCM Performance Management Good to have skills : SAP HCM Payroll Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP HCM Performance Management to deliver impactful solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications utilizing SAP HCM Performance Management as the primary skill. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP HCM Performance Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP HCM Payroll. Strong understanding of Packaged Application Development and Software Engineering. Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of applications. Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Performance Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
