Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Key ResponsibilitiesA Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Recruiting CloudB Ability to create/update functional design documentsC Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirementsD Perform end to end functional testingE Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Oracle HCM Recruiting CloudF Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teamsG Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfactionFunctional ExperienceA Experience on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HRB Configure the Recruiting Cloud (Requisitions/Offers/Campaigns/Onboarding/Candidate Selection Process) application set-ups.C Setup approvals, define custom job roles and page personalization using HCM user experience studio.D Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure..E Deliver and conduct end-user training / KT session to customer as and when required.Professional ExperienceA Ability and interest to work in implementation engagements, Strong written and Oral communication skills; Strong interpersonal skillsB Ability to work well in a team environment , Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities and Keen attention to detailC Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for all technical components and functional process and flows Educational QualificationA B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCA Additional InformationA Prior experience with 1 or more Oracle Recruitment Cloud implementation.B Oracle Cloud Certified Qualifications 15 years full time education
