Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Agile Project Management Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationJob Summary :The Release Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing software releases across multiple applications and teams. They work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless deployments, minimize risks, and support continuous delivery and DevOps initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the application development process- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders- Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management- Strong understanding of project management methodologies- Experience in leading cross-functional teams- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
