Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the team in implementing best practices.- Provide guidance on technical issues.- Ensure timely delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.- Experience in leading application development projects.- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies.- Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
