Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAC, Data Sphere. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools and techniques. - Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and practices. - Experience in application lifecycle management and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAC, Data Sphere. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE is required.
