You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development. - Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration. - Experience with CRM SDK, Plugins, Workflows, and Web Resources. - Hands-on experience in customizing and extending Dynamics CRM functionalities. - Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. 15 years full time education
