You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure timely project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization. - Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions. - Knowledge of integration with other systems. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
