Job Title:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Branch Manager to lead our Affordable Housing Loan branch in Amravati. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing finance, retail lending, and branch operations. You will be responsible for driving the growth of affordable housing loan products, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing all branch activities to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the branch operations focusing on affordable housing loan products.
  • Drive loan origination, processing, and disbursal targets to meet or exceed set goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the branchs loan portfolio and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate developers, and local stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management protocols.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the branch team to enhance productivity and customer service standards.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling other banking products and services.
  • Represent the organization in local community events and housing finance forums to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in banking or housing finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership/branch management role.
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing loan products, underwriting processes, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving loan disbursal and business growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in relevant banking software and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Amravatis real estate market and local economic conditions is a plus.
