Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Management

Drive the sales of Secured Business Loans through DSA, connectors, and direct channels.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track and monitor team productivity and funnel performance.

2. Team Leadership

Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
Regular training and development of the team to enhance performance and skills.
Performance reviews, goal-setting, and talent development.

3. Channel & Partner Management

Develop and manage DSA and connector networks.
Ensure proper onboarding, engagement, and productivity of channel partners.
Conduct regular partner reviews and performance tracking.

4. Portfolio Quality & Risk Control

Ensure high-quality sourcing with strong due diligence.
Monitor credit rejection trends and coordinate with credit and risk teams to ensure healthy

portfolio.

Work closely with operations and collections teams to ensure smooth processing and

recovery.

5. Market Intelligence

Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
Provide timely feedback to product and marketing teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of secured loan products, especially LAP and Business Loans
Strong channel management experience
Good understanding of credit and underwriting processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a proven sales track record
