Application Engineer - Water Segment - WIBU

As an Application Engineer in the Water Segment team at Sulzer, your main responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers primarily via phone or email - Preparing equipment selections, pricing, and project-specific documentation - Participating in technical meetings - Providing operational application support - Collaborating with the organization to find solutions for challenging projects - Adapting company guidelines - Presenting improvement ideas - Preparing technical and commercial tenders - Maintaining regular contact with Sulzer factories - Ensuring compliance with regulations and international trade rules - Demonstrating a strong understanding and adherence to compliance regulations and international trade compliance rules and regulations To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related fields such as process engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or environmental and water technology - Commercial knowledge would be advantageous - Proficiency in MS Office, SAP systems, CPQ, and Salesforce CRM - A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or sales - A solid understanding of global sales processes and knowledge of the Water segments and applications Sulzer, as an equal opportunity employer, values a diverse workforce and is dedicated to providing an inclusive work environment.
