Role - Application Engineer

Qualification - B.E. / BTech (Mechanical / Automobile / Chemical / Production)

Location - Mumbai / Vadodara

Responsibilities :

1. Involved in training commercial team,channel partners & customers to utilize the Gear & Dosing pump technology and the Analysis of the platforms for their targeted applications
2. Involved in preparing technical & commercial offers, preparing & submitting tenders, work on technical discussions with customers & maintaining price lists.
3. Support the commercial team during the purchase process including cost analysis, to help the customer chose the most appropriate products for their requirements.
4. Actively participate in various seminars, technical discussions (pre & post sale), proof of concept studies and product training.
5. Key contact in conjunction with in house Technical Support for responding to issues and maintaining relationships with channel partners
6. Broad knowledge of industrial segments wherein pumps finds their applications
7. Key point of contact for maintaining the coordination between commercial & operations team. Support both the teams to meet customer's needs.
8. Supports the operations team in handling & execution of project related documentation, testing & inspection
9. Work in conjunction with Marketing & Commercial team to prepare the product flyers, case studies, competition analysis
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards meeting common goals.
11. Excellent organizational, analytical, and systematic troubleshooting skills.
12. Good communication skills. Excellent presentation and training skills.
13. Should have clear vision and commitment to provide outstanding customer service.
14. Understand the customer process, application needs & connect with them to offer the desired solution
15. Is available to support customer, sales & distributors in terms on travelling to visit customers to understand application, process & also support in conducting on-site trials
16. Should have a mindset to contribute in continous improvement of the processes and improve the overall efficiency.
