Job Description: Application Engineer (Inside Sales).

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze client inquiries to understand their requirements.
• To provide techno commercial backup to Sales Engineers
• Communicate with clients over the phone to gain a clear understanding of their needs.
• Prepare and present technical offers based on discussions with clients.
• Submit offers and negotiate terms to finalize deals.
• Execute orders by coordinating with service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of the right product.
• Follow up with clients for payments and maintain a strong customer relationship.

Technical Expertise

Candidates must have work experience and understanding of:

• Pressure Transmitters
• Temperature Transmitters
• Flow Meters / Flow Transmitters
• Level Switches and Level Transmitters
• Moisture Measuring Systems
• Flow Measurements and Instrument Calibration

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma /BE in Instrumentation/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar role, with previous experience in sales.
