Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Application Engineer specializing in PLC Automation, with deep expertise in PLCs. You will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing automation solutions across industrial applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PLC logic and HMI interfaces for industrial automation systems.
• Specialize in PLC programming, debugging, and commissioning.
• Participate in solution design discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Handle on-site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
• Create and maintain documentation including electrical diagrams, PLC code, and user manuals.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales technical requirements when needed.
• Stay up to date with the latest hardware/software platforms and automation trends.
• Stakeholder/Customer management.

Skills or knowledge or experience:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience with PLCs (e.g., FX, Q, iQ-R series).
• Hands-on experience in PLC logic development, HMI programming, and system integration.
• Basic understanding of Industrial Communication Protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, CC-Link).
• Willingness to travel for on-site support and project deployment

Good to have:

• Experience in other PLC brands (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).
• Experience with Machine Vision Systems (Cognex).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (for control panel/electrical layout design).
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation.
• Exposure to conveyor and rejection systems.
