Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with engineering and analysis teams to triage and resolve both technical and functional issues.
Monitor and manage day-to-day support tickets, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
Troubleshoot production issues using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices frameworks.
Analyze online comment trends and execute regression checkouts for both planned and ad hoc scenarios.
Create and track development stories to resolve recurring issues and defects.
Perform data mining activities to support investigation and checkout processes.
Monitor scheduled jobs and resolve job failures or related issues in real-time.
Participate in release POC checkouts and support ad hoc data analysis as needed.
Provide on-call support, including rotational shifts and weekend availability (with weekday compensatory time off).

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Proven background in Production/Application Support
Good problem-solving and debugging skills in a live production environment

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with AWS Cloud, NoSQL databases, and SQL
Understanding of ticketing systems and monitoring tools
Exposure to DevOps or automation tools is a plus
