Application Development Analyst

As an Application Development Analyst at Evernorth Health Services, you will be part of a team of analysts and engineers focused on identifying and rectifying technical and functional challenges in Evernorth's market-winning technology solutions. Your role involves day-to-day ticket triage, monitoring ticket queues, regression checkouts, data mining, monitoring jobs, creating and tracking resolution of stories, and providing on-call support in shifts, including weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Be a team contributor in triaging technical and functional issues - Monitor ticket queues and OL comment trends - Perform regression checkouts adhoc and planned - Coordinate resolution of stories for fixing tickets - Conduct data mining for checkouts - Monitor jobs and react to job issues - Perform release checkout pocs - Conduct ad hoc data research - Provide on-call support in shifts, including weekends Qualifications: - 1 - 3 years of experience in application development or maintenance - College degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience - Experience with Java/Spring Boot - Familiarity with Splunk and Dynatrace - Basic knowledge of Angular, Python, Mongo DB, Node JS - Strong analytical skills and ability to perform root analysis - Ability to suggest rectification options About Evernorth Health Services: Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, focuses on creating pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health and vitality.
