Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP for Utilities CRM.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement applications that meet business process needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide support for application issues and assist in troubleshooting and resolution.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
• Strong knowledge of application development methodologies.
• Proven ability to build and configure SAP applications tailored to business needs.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, and SAP ECC.
• Understanding of SAP integration and data models across modules.
