You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead and mentor junior professionals Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation management Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Advanced Compensation modules Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for Workday Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution for Workday applications Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 10 years full time education is required Qualification Mandatory workday certification required for the primary skill
