Your typical day involves collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensure applications align with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance team performance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation, Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules- Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation management- Experience in Oracle Cloud applications development- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security and data privacy- Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation- This position is based at our Chennai office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
