You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead and mentor junior professionals Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules Knowledge of integration with other HR systems Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
