Must have skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will revolve around creating solutions that align with business needs and enhance application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the design and development of new application features Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Strong understanding of cloud-based application development Experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security and compliance standards Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud configuration and customization Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
