You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop and implement software solutions to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with team members to design and build applications.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications.- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.- Knowledge of cloud-based application development.- Experience in integrating third-party applications with Workday Extend. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday Extend.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
