You will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, coding, testing, and debugging applications. You will also provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth application performance and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Develop and implement software solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design application architecture. Code, test, and debug applications to ensure they meet business process and application requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth application performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware components and integration with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules and their functionalities. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
