You will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features. Develop and maintain high-quality code adhering to best practices. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM. Strong understanding of IT service management processes. Experience in customizing and configuring BMC Helix ITSM solutions. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Hands-on experience in integrating BMC Helix ITSM with other systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
