Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve application performance and user experience, while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance with industry standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Manufacturing, PDH).- Strong business process understanding to analyze current states, define future-state solutions, and contribute to digital transformation strategy.- Ability to lead client workshops and drive requirement gathering, solutioning, and signoffs.- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and process modeling tools.- Capability to act independently on new assignments, manage escalations, and influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.- Demonstrated experience in developing business use cases, writing functional specs, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Customer Data Management (CDM).- Strong understanding of application development frameworks and methodologies.- Experience with integration techniques and tools for seamless data flow.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with database management and data modeling concepts.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Customer Data Management (CDM).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
