You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's needs. This role requires expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and strong problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Design, develop, and test applications based on business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and performant. Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor architecture and components. Knowledge of integration techniques and APIs in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. Experience in data migration and data conversion in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
