Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement Professional & Technical
