Summary:As a ServiceNow HR Application Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow HR Service Management module and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements using ServiceNow HR Service Management module.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud platform.- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the ServiceNow HR Service Management module.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HR Service Management module issues.
