Application Deployment Engineer ( SCCM )

A junior to senior-level Application Deployment Engineer to manage a project for one of our clients. The individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in administration and migration.

• Mandatory:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in application deployment using SCCM.
• Good understanding of App-V environment.
• Good knowledge of Citrix environment.
• Exposure and experience in deploying and troubleshooting applications across all platforms (Windows 7/10/Server & VDIs).
• Excellent process knowledge and lifecycle management of packaging and deployment.
• Participate in testing and successful deployment of software to all applicable supported platforms.
• Good knowledge of Wintel (DFS, Storage, Networking, AD).
• Knowledge of SQL, WQL, WMI, PowerShell, and VB Scripting.
• Create and maintain documentation for deployment/packaging, administrative procedures, architecture, known errors, workarounds, and application-specific information.
• Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management process.

• Good to have:

• Minimum 2 years experience in application deployment using APPV Management Console (virtualized application) for physical and virtual environments.
• Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center.

• Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

• Flexible in supporting any shifts (24/7), including night shift.
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.
