Job related competencies

Demonstrated high level of business acumen, extensive working knowledge of sales and negotiations with limited information and time constraints.

Ability to communicate effectively across all organization levels both internally and with customers and in a matrix organization environment.

Highly capable of motivating self, direct, and indirect resources across an expansive geography. Ability to work with multiple key stakeholders i.e. Sales, Delivery, Contracts, Finance etc. Intermediate level of expertise of Integrated Architecture, Motion Control, Standard Drive, Intelligent Motor Control, Safety, MES/Information System, IC Component, Networks. Basic knowledge of Medium Voltage. Basic understanding of Industry Knowledge and Application Knowledge. High level of expertise and knowledge in LFS SOLUTION BUSINESS solutions. High level of expertise of Project Management. Intermediate level of expertise of Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health Safety), and Training Skills. Basic understanding of Market Research Analysis, OEM Business Drivers, and Process Business Drivers. Intermediate level of understanding of sales skills. Intermediate level of understanding of Marketing skills

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
(Education, qualifications and experience requirements an employee must have)

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or technology is required. 10+ years of engineering experience in a large industrial systems and solutions delivery business or company.
