The Business Process Lead serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and the RPA/Automation development team. You will ensure that automation programmes align with business objectives by translating process requirements into technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with business units to identify automation opportunities, document workflows, and communicate with developers to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. This job role is Hybrid.
You will report to the Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between business teams and RPA/Automation developers.
- Analyse and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Gather and validate requirements, ensuring clarity for technical implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on process improvements.
- Oversee end-to-end automation lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards for automated solutions.
- Provide feedback and continuous improvement recommendations post-implementation.
- You will be working as an Individual contributor.
- Drive faster issue resolution and deliver an effortless user experience.
- Strengthening customer engagement through proactive communication and support.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor of Science, Business, Engineering, or similar fields.
- Experience with business process management and optimization.
- Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and automation concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior experience in quality process automation.
- Overall, 6 to 10 years of experience operations or managing projects.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Prior experience in industrial automation.
- PMP or any equivalent project management certification.
- Prior experience leading RPA projects.
- Knowledge of API integration and basic scripting (Python preferred).
