Description - 5–8 + years of experience in Appian application support and BPM-based solution development, with proven expertise in: Appian versions 19.x, 20.x, 21.x, and above. Databases: Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL. Web Services: SOAP/REST, HTML, XML, JSON. Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Rally. Appian features: Appian Sites, Appian Records, UX design, SAML, and OAuth framework. Skilled in leading application support engagements, including monitoring, tracking progress, reporting metrics, and ensuring application performance and availability. Experience in system integration, mobile applications, portal applications, and extended interface development using the Appian suite. Appian Level 2 (or above) certification is mandatory. Hands-on expertise in production application support, incident management, problem management, and Appian development. Strong understanding of Appian architecture, best practices, and BPMN standards. Experience in Appian plug-in development, system integrations, and production support for both in-house and cloud-hosted environments. Proficient in relational database management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL). Strong problem-solving, design, and communication skills (both verbal and written). Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
