Job Description

Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in Appian BPM . Proven expertise in Appian BPM features, including SAIL forms, dashboards, and reports . Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture . Proficient in web services (SOAP/REST) and integration tools like Apigee . Solid understanding of database management systems , particularly SQL . Experience with development tools such as Eclipse, NetBeans, IntelliJ, and PL/SQL . In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile). Team management experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively. Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services or banking industry . Familiarity with additional frameworks such as Struts, Hibernate, and AngularJS . Experience with reporting tools like iReport Designer and Eclipse BIRT . Exposure to DevOps tools including Maven, Gradle, and Log4J .
